• Lucy: A virtual receptionist AI handling patient interactions, including scheduling and inquiries.

You agree to use Josh and Lucy solely for lawful, professional purposes within your dental practice, in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, including patient privacy and consent requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content for accuracy.

• Maintaining confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in Josh and Lucy, including their underlying software, technologies, and associated documentation, remain exclusively with Milya.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of Josh and Lucy is subject to Milya’s Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability

Milya is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use Josh and Lucy, including inaccuracies in transcription or scheduling.
