Our Story
Milya was born from real-life experience in the dental world. Jean Nguyen, our founder and CEO, has been a practicing dentist for over 20 years and owns his own clinic. He knows first-hand the challenges dentists face: the constant juggling of staff management, patient satisfaction, and the never-ending clinical notes that follow every appointment.
Seeing the strain these administrative demands put on dental teams, Jean envisioned a better way — using AI to automate time-consuming tasks without compromising quality or compliance. To bring this vision to life, he partnered with software engineer Dai Dao, whose passion for artificial intelligence and fast, results-driven approach to product development allow him to create solutions that deliver valuable insights to the right people at the right time. Jean also joined forces with Angie Nguyen, a notary with a strong background in law and a keen interest in technology, whose expertise in legal affairs ensures that all Milya products meet the highest standards of compliance and security.
Together, they combined their unique expertise in dentistry, technology, and law to create Milya — a company dedicated to bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and the practical needs of dental clinics, reimagining dental care one automation at a time.
