Our Story
Milya was born from real-life experience in the dental world.
Dr. Jean Nguyen, our Co-Founder and CEO, has been a practicing dentist for over 20 years and operates his own successful clinic. He knows first-hand the challenges dental professionals face the daily juggling of staff management, patient satisfaction, and the endless clinical notes that follow every appointment.
Witnessing how these administrative demands weigh heavily on dental teams, Jean envisioned a better way: leveraging artificial intelligence to automate time-consuming tasks while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
To bring this vision to life, he partnered with Dai Dao, a skilled software engineer whose passion for AI and fast, results-driven approach to product development enable Milya to deliver intelligent, practical solutions that give the right insights to the right people at the right time.
Jean also joined forces with Angie Thi Ngoc Nguyen, our Co-Founder and COO-chef of Legal & compliance, with a strong background in law and a deep interest in technology. Angie ensures that every Milya product meets rigorous standards of legal compliance, data protection, and security key foundations of trust in healthcare innovation.
Together, this team of innovators combined their expertise in dentistry, technology, and law to create Milya a company committed to bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and the real-world needs of dental clinics.
